This project was finishing a basement in a new home build. We completed correct permitting, blueprint paperwork, framing, drywall, painting, tile work, waterproofing shower, vanity installation, fixture installation, custom built in book shelf, Custom built in pull-down bed, custom built in shelfing, closet construction, door installation luxury  Hallway and stair case finishing and the overseeing of permitted electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler system installation.

This project was finishing a basement in a newer home build. We completed correct permitting, blueprint paperwork, framing, drywall, painting, waterproofing shower, vanity installation, fixture installation, Hallway finishing and the overseeing of permitted electrical, plumbing.

We took this 2 story home and completely gutted it down to studs, re worked the floor plan to maximize space and put it all back together like new. We were able to add a bathroom and bedroom increasing the homeowners equity in the home.

Talk about a glow up! This bathroom had a closet inside of the bathroom and not only did we relocate it to have a separate entrance from the bath but we removed the soaker tub and expanded the shower and gave the space an entire new look!

This client wanted to turn their unfinished basement into a usable area to included a full bathroom, a salon for their side business and a custom smoking room for the avid cigar enthusiast which included a heavy duty exhaust system within the air tight space to prevent smoke from spreading throughout the house.
