We had Cody's company help us with several projects in late 2022 which we were very pleased with not only the results, but also their way of working and ability to offer practical solutions to any issues that came up once things were opened up for our remodeling work at our house which included a bathroom and office renovation as well as HVAC upgrade. Already plan to have then do several other projects for us over the next couple of years. What we often found when engaging other contractors was that they were either too busy to be interested or priced at a point that was excessive relative to the work needed. In addition to the work done at our house we needed to buy a smaller home for one of our kids in the area on a short notice basis and they were able to have a crew available to do some quick flooring, bathroom tiling and roof insulation work needed ahead of their move-in.
